MoU between TAM & Nemow Al Amaal

TAM finalized a commercial agreement with Nemow Al Aamal for Maintenance Services for the purchase of 100 electric pickup trucks. This strategic partnership supports both companies' commitment to sustainability and aligns with the broader Vision 2030 objectives. The SAR 12 million agreement was signed by Mr. Mohamed Al-Tarfi, CEO of Nemow Al Aamal, and Eng. Adnan Ghazzawi, Managing Director of TAM.

MoU between Alkhorayef & Xsquare Technologies

Alkhorayef Commercial Company and Xsquare Technologies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to form a strategic collaboration addressing the growing demand for automation in Saudi Arabia. The partnership focuses on developing customized Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) tailored to the local market. The agreement supports the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals for industrial modernization and smart logistics. It was signed by Mr. Fahad Aljadaan, CEO of Alkhorayef Commercial Company, and Mr. Jens Bohnwagner, CEO of Xsquare Technologies.

MoU between TAM & Giant Island

TAM signed an agreement with Giant Island for Vehicles in Dammam and Jubail to become a 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) distributor of TAMEAST vehicles. As part of the agreement, Giant Island committed to an initial order of 100 units. The SAR 7.8 million agreement was signed by Mr. Talal Al-Garni, Owner and Managing Director of Omlaq Al-Jazeera, and Eng. Adnan Ghazzawi, Managing Director of TAM.

MoU between TAM & IACO

TAM has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IACO for the supply of Tam T600 vehicles, supporting the launch of IACO’s new fulfillment center in Bahrah, near Makkah. As part of IACO’s ongoing sustainability initiatives, the agreement also includes the integration of the T600 EV model into their fleet. The SAR 28 million agreement was signed by Mr. Majed Altahan, CEO of IACO, and Eng. Adnan Talal Ghazzawi, Managing Director of TAM.
